Every party you book can get a proper invite, made from your booking. When the host sends it, you see its live headcount. Fewer no-shows, less ringing round for numbers, and a way to earn more from the parties you already host.
Hosts get a better invite for free. Your team gets the numbers it plans with, without picking up the phone.
No-shows and surprises.
Every guest answers yes or no on the invite, so the host knows who’s coming and so do you. Fewer empty places, fewer extra faces at the door.
Chasing headcounts.
Numbers update per booking as guests reply, all on one screen, so you can see who’s still to answer before your cut-off instead of ringing round.
Admin and typos.
The date, time and room come from your booking system, locked, so hosts can’t get them wrong. Nothing new for your team to type.
Missed upsells.
Real numbers days ahead give you time to offer the bigger room, food for the grown-ups or extra party bags, while there’s still time to sell them.
You see counts, never guests’ names or notes, so there’s no guest data for your team to look after.
How the booking handoff works.
You keep taking bookings exactly as you do now. We pick up from your booking confirmation.

A host books with you
In your own booking system, the same as today.

The confirmation carries a link
Your confirmation shows a Make your invite button. Nothing about the booking reaches us until the host taps it. You choose which party packages offer it.

The host lands with the details filled in
Date and time come from you, plus the room and its size if you send them, locked so nothing drifts.

Numbers land in your dashboard
Live counts for every party where the host sent the invite. When your system sends a move or cancellation, the invite updates for every guest.
Your booking system connects with an API key from your dashboard, and we’ll help you set it up. Read the venue API docs.
What your developer builds
A Make your invite button on your booking confirmation page and in its email.
One call to our API when a host taps it, with the party’s date, time and room.
An update when a booking moves or is cancelled, if your system can send one.
A test key to try it all first: test bookings are kept apart, and nothing goes live until you switch.
If you book by phone or email
Or on a platform you can’t change: tell us in the form. Your customers can still make an invite for free and put your venue as the place. You won’t see live numbers until your bookings can send the handoff, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible for you.
How it makes you money.
The parties are already yours. Inviteroo adds a few ways to earn from them, and costs our first venues nothing.
1
A share of what your parties earn
After they reply, guests can buy a card or a gift from labelled (Ad) ideas, and we earn a commission when they do. We share it with you, at a rate agreed in writing before it starts. There’s no rate until we’ve agreed one with you; until then your dashboard shows the clicks your parties drive.
2
Time to sell your own extras
Numbers that firm up days before the party, not on the morning, so you can offer the extras that fit the real crowd.
3
Your name in front of every guest
Your venue’s name is on every invite your customers send, in front of parents who may be booking parties of their own.
4
Free for our first venues
Sending an invite is free for every host, and our first venues pay nothing while we start. Venues that join later choose a plan, and can include songs and designs for their hosts in it.
