Invites, replies and everything attached to them are deleted 90 days after the party. Unsaved drafts are deleted after 7 days. A draft your venue started from your booking is kept like any invite, until 90 days after the party.
To keep a copy first, choose Download my data on your account page. You get one file with your account, invites, replies, songs, designs, videos and payments.
To delete everything now:
- Sign in and open Account.
- Choose Delete my data.
- Type “delete my data” to confirm. Your account, invites, replies and any songs are deleted straight away.
If you’ve bought credits, we keep the record of the sale without any link to you, because the law says we must keep sales records for tax.
